A good used tire is better than a worn out bald one so if you need a single tire and don’t care if they don’t match give us a call. We also service rims change valve stems clean off that nasty crust that causes leaks all winter long and reseal with a rubber sealing compound that works great.

When the weather gets cold its no fun filling up your tires at the pay for air places we find at the self serve gas bars. Lots of times we see people with two set of rims and tires and over time they leak so we take them all apart give them a good servicing and balance giving you a leak free winter. We also install and balance tires for $60.00 yup bring your winter or summer tires in and for $60.00 we install and balance them change the stem if it need it and if the rim has a bit of crust build up we clean it up and if need on some of the older rims we need to use some bead sealer compound its always in stock.

We take out the old valve stems and put new one in inspect the rim clean it up so we get a good seal with no leaks having to fill the tires up in the winter is a nasty chore those pay for air pumps can get costly. Than we use a computer balancer on the tire to get out any shakes the tire might have This is very important on all tires and especially important on winter tires with all the extra rubber

area we always find motor oil on sale or anti-freeze at a great price and because we buy our gas at the Canadian Tire Gas Bar we get Canadian tire money to use in the Kitchen & Bath department for shop supplies  or for something for my Backyard.

In the sports & rec department I find my hockey sticks and tape for my mans league hockey all the guys get there tape from Canadian Tire and if house & home didn’t have the green products  I like I would know what to do. In the seven years at Midas Greg The Mechanic took  many automotive service training seminars from shocks and struts to brakes and Tires along with  countless customer service seminars including  the TCS Total Customer Service Training courses Midas is so famous for where they follow up with ghost callers making sure you answer the phone to their high standards.

Greg is now an Orillia Mechanic and proud of it working out of his shop on Royce Ave He has never forgotten what got him there.
